Events 2006 - Soham Meditation Workshop
on Saturday 11 March
at Soar Valley College
Sai Ram SOHAM MEDITATION Meditation should not be a ten minute, once a day affair. It should be an ongoing continuous effort. If we could use our breathing as the medium of japa (continuous mental chanting), then we would achieve non-stop meditation. The human body, though of perishable nature, teaches one great lesson, namely, “SOHAM” (you are nothing but the eternal Atma Thathwa). When you inhale your breath, you make the sound ‘So’ (relates to the Divine Principle) and while exhaling you make the sound ‘Ham’ relates to ahamkara(ego). ‘Soham’ means ‘He’ is ‘I’ (myself). To elaborate in more details and practical aspect, with Swami’s grace we have arranged workshop for you. Workshop on Saturday 11th March 2006 Venue: Soar Valley College Time: 10.00am – 5.00pm Conducted by: Brother Chand (from London) v Lunch provided
