The aim
of the Spiritual Wing is to help you on your
spiritual journey by providing you with
opportunities to join other like minded people
in activities that promote spiritual growth and
awakening.
You are
welcome to join us in as many of these
activities as you like and we are always looking
for suggestions for additional activities. So
please do contact us with your ideas.
The Sri
Sathya Sai Service Organisation is not here to
propagate its own faith or any one particular
faith. In fact it embraces people from all
faiths and all people are welcome.
The key
activities which the Sai Centre of Leicester
Central organises are:
Group Prayers and Singing
Every
Sunday between 9am and 10:30am, there is a
morning service which includes prayers and group
devotional singing. All are welcome to attend.
The service takes place at:
Sathya Sai Centre,
Narborough Road,
Leicester,
LE3
0BT
If you
would like to lead the service with a prayer or
song then please attend one of our regular
practice sessions which happen directly after
the Sunday service at the same venue.
Group Study Circles
Every
two months the centre hosts a study circle
around a chosen subject. This is an opportunity
for people to share their ideas and thoughts
around a particular spiritual topic. Past study
circles have proved to be very popular and
participants have enjoyed sharing thoughts and
ideas with each other.
Dates & subject
of the study circles will be published soon. In
the meantime, please see
Centre Announcements for most up-to-date
information.
Celebrations of Major Festivals
The
centre tries to celebrate key festivals form the
major faiths and more details can be found on
the
events calendar.
